Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Transit Standards Team Leader to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in Albert Road, Bristol

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observing and completing quality audits and checks for the mobile in-transit cleaning operatives to ensure that they are carrying out duties in line with the training, client specification and output standards.
  • Identification and delivery of and sharing (via electronic means) coaching and development needs of the in-transit operatives and support in the roll-out of new initiatives.
  • Reporting and sharing movements, interactions, and findings with the management team.
  • Continually look to improve in-transit standards, processes, and methods of work to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Give feedback and coach in-transit staff on the route as necessary.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience as an Auditor, Coach, Team Leader, or Supervisor is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required.
  • Comfortable and with experience in engaging with, challenging professionally, and providing constructive feedback to the operative workforce.
  • Eperience in supervising a team is essential
