The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to their clients.

We are welcoming applicants with strong customer service experience, front of house/ reception and hospitality and retail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are kept in excellent condition.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and legislation.
Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Access to own vehicle (preferred)
- Proven experience in residential property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of property regulations and legislation.
