Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: London - Three Sites Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Role Summary:
Working with a team of engineers on a contract spanning three sites, the main focus of the Air Conditioning Engineer is to carry out service maintenance works on site. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
- Use client portal and CAFM system if required
- Provide Further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- F Gas Cat 1
- C&G Level 2 AC & Refrigeration
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Other skills preferable, mechanical , basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have experience with AHU's and FCU's
- Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
