We are working with a leading firm near Milton Keynes that is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its well-regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a progressive firm known for its commitment to client care and professional growth.

The role is suitable for newly qualified solicitors or fee earners with a background in Court of Protection! The firm offers fantastic flexibility with 3 days remote and 2 in the office, within one of the best-established COP teams in the regions.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Court of Protection work (potentially suitable for someone who has completed a seat recently in Court of Protection matters and is looking to qualify into the sector)
  • A real interest in providing the best service to clients and a strong interest in the sector

What the role involves:

  • Working on high quality Court of Protection work
  • Managing deputyships and trusts for children and adults with complex acquired brain injuries, ensuring their needs are fully met, as well as a range of other complex matters
