Job Title: Part Time Accounts Assistant

Salary: upto £37,000 +

Evolve Recruitment are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their client in a temporary but ongoing capacity, With beautiful, new offices close to Weybridge. This role is suitable for a smart, organised individual with experience in inputting corporate expenses into a CRM system and/or Accounts Payable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely accurate processing of employee expense claims
- Enforcement of expenses best practice across the company, ensuring process compliance
- Check all submitted expenses adhere to the company expenses policy
- Ensure supporting VAT documentation and receipts are submitted with the claim.
- Check accuracy of coding of expense claims to the relevant categories
- Uploading expense claims from Concur to SAP
- Dealing with employee expense related queries
- Monthly Reporting as necessary
- Provide support to Accounts Payable function by assisting with the input of vendor invoices
- Adhoc accounts duties such as providing copies of invoices for VAT claims.

- Team player, self-motivated and able to work on own and under pressure
- Good time management and priority handling
- Ability to manage and plan workload effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- PC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel
