About the firm:
A Legal 500, multi-office firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their collaborative and friendly team. This firm has established a strong presence in Cheshire, providing legal services to clients from throughout Cheshire as well as the rest of the Northwest and nationwide.
What will you be doing?
In your day-to-day role, you will be managing your own caseload and ensure that all client matters are handled accurately and reliably in line with Lexcel and SRA Code of Conduct, whilst driving fee income in line with agreed targets. You will also engage in business development to maintain a strong network of new and existing clients, as well as supervising and supporting junior colleagues to ensure a smooth process.
What can you bring to the team?
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years PQE and/or experience in Conveyancing and is someone who is a highly efficient, well-organised and a team player.

SALARY
– £25,000 - £40,000 DOE
