What will you be doing as Junior Facilities Manager?

  • Ensure effective and successful management of the development operations and staff
  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to make sure the operations run smoothly
  • Oversee contractors and lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and maintain work at the highest standard
  • Overall budgetary responsibility
  • Respond to any queries and complaints professionally
  • Accountability for resident experience

What are we looking for in a Junior Facilities Manager?

  • Experience working in residential or mixed use buildings.
  • Has management and budgetary experience
  • One who has great understanding of operations and facilities management
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude!
  • Relevant Facilities Management/Health & Safety Qualifications
