Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a prestigious commercial property in White City. Our client are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic oppotunity for an Electrical Maintennace Engineer to work for one the UK's leading building services providers. You will be provided with additional training, internal opportunities to progress further within the organisation.
In this role you will be expected to undergo PPM and reactive maintenance tasks and respond to any on site emergencies. To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated individual who is prepared to thrive in a client facing environment. You will also have to be fully qualified in Electrical Installation (City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent). To succeed in this role you will also need to have at least three years experience working as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer within commercial maintenance.
Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests),
- Test UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm ,sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
- Organising subcontractors
- Quotations
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
- Risk assessments
- Permits to work
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent)
- Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- At least 3 years experience prior within commercial maintenance
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
- Apprentice trained - Desirable
- 17th Edition minimal, 18th Edition is desirable
Salary and Benefits:
- £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
