An award winning Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner/Paralegal with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the expansion of the Clinical Negligence department.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
- Litigation experience is essential to this role.
- Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
- Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Experience of working to targets and KPIs
- Paralegals and Fee earners will be considered
Salary and Hours
- Up to £55,000, dependent upon experience.
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Hybrid work available immediately
