Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead organisational development and design initiatives across multiple divisions.

Develop and present compelling PowerPoint decks to C-Suite executives.

Analyse data, value, benefits and synergy to drive business outcomes.

Provide strategic advice and planning support to leadership teams.

Manage and influence stakeholders.

Essential Skills:
-
Strong consulting experience (Big 4 preferred).

Proven experience in Transformation and data & analytics.
-
Excellent planning, governance and analytical skills.
-
Ability to manage large-scale, complex programmes efficiently.

Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Desirable Skills:
-
Experience in a Joint Venture, Merger or Acquisition environment.

Familiarity with HR environments and working in fast-paced settings.
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site) Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until December 31st (with potential extension) Contract type: Inside IR35
