Your new role
You will be managing around 30 employees across four bubble tea restaurants in London. Key tasks:
- Come with solutions not problems.
- Aspire to grow the company, look for expansion opportunities and new store openings
- Successfully manage four store managers as well as the wider teams
- Coming up with new strategies to meet changing demands
- Dealing with HR related tasks
- Finance and budget management, including liaising with an outsourced payroll team
- Ability to travel around various stores as necessaryWhat you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a fast-paced environment within the leisure and hospitality world.
What you'll get in return
You will be on a 45-50k salary depending on experience, alongside discretionary bonuses.
