Overview:
SF Recruitment's Commercial division is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our client in Leicester city centre. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a growing business during an exciting period of development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their needs.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries within contractual SLAs.
- Provide additional HR support to the team during peak periods.
- Attend internal meetings and training to stay current with legislation and best practices.
- Offer guidance on employment law and HR matters, ensuring all options are presented clearly.
- Maintain accurate client records, including amendments, resolved cases, and confidential information.
- Assist in drafting documentation and contract letters in line with company policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years HR experience.
- Empathetic, with a passion for building strong client relationships.
- Capable of providing fair, consultative advice and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
