Account Representative
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum + bonus
Full time, permanent role
We are pleased to be recruiting for an Account Representative to join a global transport client in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in an account management role who wants to work for a rewarding, global business.
Within this role you will be responsible for a number of small to medium accounts, providing an excellent service and ensuring any queries are resolved to a high standard. We're looking for someone who can build long term relationships with a commercial mindset.
What you'll be doing

- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Receiving customer orders, ensuring they're updated through the journey
- Negotiating pricing and terms at an entry level
- Identify new opportunities within your accounts to increase overall spend
- Pro-actively work with customers
What we're looking for

- Previous experience within an account management/account representative role
- Transport industry is beneficial but not an essential requirement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to speak a 2nd European language is beneficial but not essential
Salary -
- £28,000-£32,000 per annum depending on experience
- Monthly bonuses
