Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales role where you have offered excellent customer service, and have a keen interest and a passion for the property industry.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £18,000
- OTE £23,000 to £26,000
- Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings
The skills required for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include:
- High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
- Well spoken with good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- An excellent team player
- Target driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
