HR Data Analyst

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a HR Data Analyst for contract until 31st March 2025 based in London.

Purpose of the role:

This role will be supporting the HR year end compensation review reporting process. The role will be working alongside a senior HR reporting specialist to support them on several reports and data audits that are required during the year end process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing large volumes of sensitive employee data in Excel.
  • Turning this data into management information reports that will be reviewed by senior management.
  • Extensively auditing data and reports to identify anomalies, errors, and missing information.
  • Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients
  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
  • Clean, organise, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency. This might involve removing duplicates, handling missing values, and normalizing data formats.
  • Identify patterns, correlations, and outliers in the data to derive meaningful insights

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have expert Excel skills.
  • Experience in handling large data sets.
  • Confident in presenting data and reports to senior management.
  • Expected to handle confidential data in a highly discreet manner.
  • Ability to work under time pressure with competing priorities and evolving deliverables.
  • Banking Industry Experience Preferred
  • Experience in HR Data Preferred
