Proposals Engineer Responsibilities
- Analyse customer specifications and requirements to develop tailored proposals and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, project timelines, and technical documentation.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing technical queries and ensuring clear understanding.
- Maintain strong client relationships and stay informed about industry trends through market research.
Proposals Engineer Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in Proposals or Technical Sales, preferably in industrial equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge, with ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
