Position: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) / Nursery Nurses / Early Years Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's unique needs.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent - CACHE/ EYPS/ EYTS etc)
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development in the foundation stage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Relevant experience in an early years setting is preferred.
