I am working with a school in order to recruit an Attendance Lead / Attendance Officer to cover a maternity leave. The role starts in September and is full-time - Monday-Thursday 8-4 and Fridays 8 - 3pm.
The role involves:
- Contacting parents and students to discuss attendance
- Monitoring and Improving attendance levels
- Tracking attendance
- Collaborating with staff
- Promoting positive attendance levels
