We want to recruit an Assistant Manager who is hands on, commercial and results driven, a retail leader who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with an enthusiasm for delivering world class customer service!! The successful candidate will come from a large format background where you will work at pace but have control of all key departments.

As Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Driving customer service standards in your store
Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability
Training, coaching and developing your team
Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines
Achieving store and company KPI's
Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis
Being an active presence on your shop floor
