Your Duties
- Oversee daily F&B operations with efficiency and style
- Train and empower team members across all F&B roles
- Uphold brand and safety standards with care and precision
- Manage stock, schedules, and HACCP, keeping things running smoothly
- Partner with the General Manager to meet and exceed targets
