Job Opportunity: SEMH School - Team Teach Trained Staff Wanted (Long Term to Permanent)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a Special Educational Needs & Mental Health (SEMH) School located in Grimsby. This is a long-term to permanent position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Position Details:
- Role: Support staff or teaching assistant in SEMH setting
- Location: Lincoln
- Contract: Long-term with potential to go permanent
- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Essential Requirements:
- Team Teach trained (essential for de-escalation and positive behaviour management)
- Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs
- Ability to build rapport and work in a nurturing, therapeutic environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges
