Description
- Handling own caseload
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Conduct research and provide detailed reports on legal procedures and guidelines
- Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
- Maintain client files and legal documentation in an organised manner
- Coordinate with other team members to meet departmental objectives
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Support senior team members in various legal tasks as required
