Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Surveyor to work for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to provide data relevant to the shape, contour, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features.
Duties:
- Conduct surveys using equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Analyse data to determine the exact position of points, elevations, distances, and angles
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations
- Research historical maps, land records, and other data to obtain information about property boundaries
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and present findings
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software for data collection and analysis
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
