What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and processing business for new and existing clients
- Providing administrative support for our paraplanners and IFAs
- Maintaining the back office system with client information
- Handling incoming queries from clients and external providers via email and telephone
- Ensuring all files are compliant with regulations
- Liaising with providers to gather policy information
What you need to apply:
- 2+ years experience working in an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required)
- GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in managing client expectations
- Desire to learn and develop
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)
- Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prior experience working with Intelliflo Office & provider platforms
