The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will leverage your senior-level expertise in a consultancy environment to provide a variety of quantity surveying services on diverse private sector projects.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the growth and management of a busy team. You will work on prestigious, high-value projects including:
- High-rise apartment blocks
- Low-rise apartment blocks
- Mixed-use developments
- Student Accommodation & Shared Living
- Hotels
- Stadia
This position offers the chance to play a crucial role in nurturing repeat business and identifying new market opportunities. You will benefit from a well-defined career progression pathway leading to Directorship and eventually Partnership within the firm.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Construction Consultancies
- Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
- Private sector experience is highly desirable
- Project Management/EA experience is highly desirable but not crucial
