Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing organisation, who are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounts activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly management accounts.
- Maintain accurate records, manage financial documentation, and support audit preparations.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any financial queries or issues.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks), and excellent Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in payroll desirable but not essential.
