Are you a HR Generalist (EMEA) seeking a contract to support our clients rapidly growing global software organisation?
Our client is seeking cover until the end of December for their fast growing tech business, supporting employees and managers across EMEA while collaborating with US People Operations and Shared Service team in India.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a ever changing environment and have experience of HR related matters for EMEA countries.
Duties:
1st point of contact for all HR related queries for employees and managers in EMEA.
Partner the Finance team on the monthly payroll submission.
Respond to HR & benefits related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of customer experience and have stellar communication skills!
Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems ( preferably Workday) and fluency in one European language ideally Spanish or German.
The role is fully remote with a flexible 40 hr week however you can collaborate with the team based in Central London. The role is inside IR35 and the hourly rate is £24ph -equivalent annual salary is £49k.
