Randstad are currently looking for Waste Team Leaders to collect all aspects including domestic waste, trade waste and recycling which incorporates black box collections, green waste, cardboard and food.
Role:WASTE COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER
Pay: £12.32
Hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- To Operate the Waste Collection Vehicle in a safe and effective manner to enable collection of waste throughout the County Borough.
- To supervise/manage the Waste Collection Operatives to fulfil the duties of their role effectively and efficiently in accordance with all Health and Safety requirements.
- To provide excellent customer care in the delivery of the waste service across Torfaen.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of supervising members of staff would be useful but not essential.
- Applicants must hold a HGV cat C licence.
