Customer Service Advisor - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Aylesbury.

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be part of the team responsible for making the customer's experience the best it can be. Answering customer's queries makes up a large part of your role, keeping in regular contact with them over the phone or via email. You will also need to communicate with a variety of suppliers to obtain information on orders and products.

Hours: 9:00 am-5:30 pm

Salary: up to £25,000 (DOE)

Duties:

  • Dealing with incoming queries from customers via platforms, phone, email, and live chat
  • Placing orders and dealing with related queries
  • Liaising closely with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products to keep the website updated
  • Updating the website
  • Providing support for the sales team to meet customer requirements
  • Pro-actively contacting customers to update them as well as building relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Passion for providing world-class customer service and a genuine interest in helping customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT capability including strong Excel/Word
