Outstanding opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified practice-trained Accountant to join a thriving high-growth business as Group Accountant. Rather uniquely, this opportunity has been created with a transition to Financial Controller in mind in the short to medium term, therefore would suit a career orientated individual who is looking to advance quickly.
This business is well positioned in an expanding market, strong EBITDA margin and continues to grow through acquisition. and this also has the potential for involvement for a PE transaction. Your role as Group Accountant will have a great profile across the organisation and you'll benefit from some highly experienced mentors within the leadership team. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Financial reporting and consolidated monthly management accounts for the group, streamlining processes where possible
- Leading on driving efficiencies across the finance function and integration projects for new acquisitions
- Assisting in the preparation of group budgets/forecasts and providing insight on variances
- Leading audits
- Providing analysis to support business decision making and influencing strategic direction
