Signature Bristol are recruiting for a Scheduling Assistant to join one of our clients based in Emmersons Green on a part time basis. Initially a temporary position for four to 6 weeks, we believe this role will be extended long beyond this.
If you are someone with good customer service experience, are confident on the phone and have a good attention to detail and are looking to work up to 20 hours per week, this role could be for you!

The details:
- Salary: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay DOE
- Location: Office based - onsite parking available
- Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 14:00 pm - unpaid half hour break is available if you would like.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating field engineers to arrive at clients locations to fix their equipment.
- Update client via telephone and email regarding their appointment
- Ensure all data is captured correctly and updated on the internal system
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Good phone manner
- Friendly and helpful
