What you'll need to succeed
Great opportunity for a Customer Care/Complaints advisor to join a lovely growing business to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role will be integral to providing a high level of customer support and working closely with colleagues and contractors.

This will focus on complaint resolution and ensuring any issues are followed up using the right process and resolution through customer satisfaction, which can be a fulfilling role.

The ideal candidate will be tenacious, robust, with excellent interpersonal skills, and a confident nature. You will also need to have excellent IT skills, in particular the MS Office package.
