Responsibilities
As an IT Project Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Project Delivery: End-to-end delivery of various IT projects, bringing new ideas and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth technical knowledge to tasks such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborative Support: Provide escalated support to the Second Line Support team, contributing your expertise to complex technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates and technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the evolution of IT services.
