Position: Senior Architect
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Relocation Considered)
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + Annual Bonus

Role Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on projects in Dublin and possess expertise in designing and managing healthcare building projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with a recognized professional body.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Demonstrable experience with projects in Dublin.
- Expertise in designing healthcare buildings.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Dublin if not currently based here.
