Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 + uncapped commission + car, laptop, phone
Key responsibilities:
- Cultivating new and existing accounts.
- Selling kitchens to independent kitchen retailers and merchants.
- Conducting presentations to secure showroom display orders.
- Introducing new products, colours, and promotional offers.
- Ensuring comprehensive training for all customer staff.
- Nurturing strong business relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in field sales (B2B sales within the KBB market).
- Thorough technical knowledge of kitchens and kitchen design.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and resolve challenges.
- Demonstrated tenacity and resilience.
- Effective time and priority management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid and clean driving license.
- Flexibility for business travel.
