We seek a proactive and organised Team Administrator to join the team and provide essential support to the directors and wide teams. Position Details:

  • Job Title: Team Administrator
  • Location: Near Warren Street, London (office-based with 2 days per month working from home)
  • Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Start Date: Ideally September, with interviews over the next two weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to Directors: Provide administrative support to two directors, including managing schedules and coordinating activities.
  • Website Support: Assist with advertising company products on the website.
  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls from new, current, and lapsed customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Presentation Creation: Complete PowerPoint presentations as required.
  • ISO Accreditation: Maintain the company's ISO accreditation and ensure policies are up to date.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing and related tasks.
  • Marketing Support: Aid the marketing team in product presentation tasks.
  • Office Management: Arrange meetings, manage travel itineraries, and ensure office cleanliness.
  • Dog Friendly: Comfort around dogs is essential as we have an office-friendly pet policy.
