PageGroup are delighted to be partnering with a well known organisation based in Birmingham with the appointment of a HR Project Partner to join for circa 6 months interim and support a busy HR function with a number of HR Projects and initiatives.
This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days per week in the office
Description
The role of HR Project Partner will report to a Head of HR and support a wider HR team to lead on a number of HR projects and initiatives, these will include but not limited to:
- HR System reviews and implementations
- Staff engagement projects and initiatives
- Review and improve the induction processes
- Provide support for change management activities across the organisation.
- You will lead and manage a variety HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR project-related queries.
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a generalist HR background with previous experience of running HR projects
You will be comfortable partnering with a wide range of stakeholders around the organisation
