The Role...
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business - conducted over the phone and in person.
- Sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for both them and the prospective employers.
- Visit and hold meetings with clientele to discuss recruitment needs.
- Deploying marketing material to generate interest in our products and services.
