- Willingness to cover holidays, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team
- Creativity to contribute to our weekly specials and innovate our menus
- Availability for a 4-day workweek, Wednesday to Saturday
- Starting salary of £25,000, with potential for growth based on experience, plus a share of tips
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef
- Manage stock ordering and control, ensuring freshness and efficiency
