Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of RTA claims from inception to trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and trial bundles.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties to ensure effective case management and resolution.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding their claims and potential outcomes.
- Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with at least 2 years of experience in handling RTA claims.
- Extensive knowledge of RTA legal principles and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage claims independently and take cases through to trial.
- Experience with Proclaim software is desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
