Client Onboarding Assistant Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX4 8DQ

  • Full time (part time would be considered), permanent
  • £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

As a Client Onboarding Assistant, you will be integral to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, managing contract amendments, and overseeing client off-boarding. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • New Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring all documentation is collected and initial queries are resolved
  • Contract Amendments: Handle and document amendment requests, coordinating with departments and updating clients
  • Client Off-boarding: Manage off-boarding, prepare necessary documentation, and facilitate staff transfers
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact, addressing client queries and maintaining strong relationships
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate client data entry and generate activity reports
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for onboarding, contract amendments, and off-boarding

Our ideal candidate:

We are seeking someone with preferably 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role with strong organisational and multitasking abilities, you will also have:

  • GCSE Maths and English (grade C/5 or above)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to work proactively and take initiative
  • Adaptability and be open to change
