Office Analyst (CEO Office) - Trading!

My client is a trading company based in the city of London that is now hiring an analyst to join and assist the CEO's office.
This role is critical in the CEO's office and the wider business. It assists the CEO across various activities, including a large volume of reporting to the company, a sister company, and the boards, preparation of documents for board meetings and supporting delivery of events.
You should be experienced in Cantonese or Mandarin language and have excellent knowledge of the financial markets for this role.
Duties include:
- Working closely with the C-Suite executives to deliver all priorities and high-level reporting.
- Working closely with the executives to deliver and coordinate board reports.
- Provide writing documentation for the executives to present to the boards.
- Support the delivery across the CEO's office for external events.
- Manage and build relationships with the business at the senior stakeholder level.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects where required.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin language is essential.
- Experience working in financial services with knowledge of the financial markets.
- High levels of communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Detailed orientated.
- Strong analytical skills.
