In House Lawyer

We are now looking to bring an inhouse lawyer into the business to support on contract law, employment law and litigation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our contracts align with our mission, values, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of contractual agreements with our partners, clients, and stakeholders, all while fostering a culture of integrity and compliance.

The Role:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • SUpport the HR team with employment law.
  • Litigation.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Provide sound legal advice to internal teams on various matters and potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Manage contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through to execution and renewal.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial legal experience with contract and employment law.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract law, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
