Membership Sales Consultant – South East London

4Leisure are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic leisure company in the South East London area. They are looking for a Membership Consultant who has a strong customer service background, can drive team sales and can meet sales targets.
The facilities offer everything from multiple swimming pools, large gym, group fitness studios, indoor cycling, sauna steam room, four court sports hall We have both temporary and permanent roles available. Full and part time hours with immediate start available!
Part time and flexible hours are available with the opportunity for a full time position for the right candidate.
The main duties and responsibilities
- Be accountable for individual sales and achieving an individual sales target on a monthly basis.
- Keep up to date with the latest fitness trends in the Leisure industry to share your knowledge with customers.
- Working towards set target and KPI's with the aim to exceed expectations
- Working towards sales targets and meetings weekly and monthly KPI's
- Monitor and track all personal activity levels and sales results on a daily basis, using correct procedures and systems
- Always checking in with current members to ensure they are getting the full use of their member benefits
- Looking as ways to improve customer retention.
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers and potential customers of the Centre
- Customer service, complaint handling
- Completing guided tours around the centres
This is an exciting role for someone who has a sales background, loves customer service and has strong sales skills.
