For the successful Bid Writer our client is offering:
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on skillset)
- Day shifts
- Permanent role
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
- Pension with up to 8% contribution from our client
The Role - Bid Writer:
- Provide bid writing services
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's needs and tailor responses to address those needs effectively.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for bid submissions.
- Ensure all bids and proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all bid documents before submission.
What our client is looking for in a Bid Writer:
- Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a similar role within Civil Engineering/Construction - ESSENTIAL
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex client requirements and technical information.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with bid management software is a plus.
