Regional Manager required for a leading elderly care provider in the East Midlands.
We are seeking an experienced area/regional manager with a proven successful track record in elderly care home management. Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Regional Manager
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with commitment to complete Level 5 or 7
- Registered Nurse with active pin (Desirable)
- Experience of managing large teams of people
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the portfolio
Responsibilities include:
- Management of Care Home Managers
- Care and Compliance of Care Homes
- Profit and Loss Responsibilities
- Providing inspirational leadership and management
The role is offered at up to £60,000pa plus Bonus and Car Allowance
