Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaising with clients and colleagues to manage the customs process efficiently.
- Entering data accurately into the customs system.
- Keeping up to date with changes in customs regulations and procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- For candidates without customs experience: strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- For candidates with customs experience: knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
