Job Summary:
As the Project Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a high-profile project within the space engineering sector. You will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the stipulated timeframe and budget. Your expertise in the space, aerospace, or defense industries will be crucial in navigating the complexities of this ambitious project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the 5-year space engineering project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Space Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
