Exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join a business in growth mode with the potential of FD-ship in the short to medium term. As part of the SLT, you will With a current turnover in the region of £30m and a strategic growth plan via acquisition, this organisation offers a lot to get your teeth into. As a key member of the SLT you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive system and process change within the finance function
- Improve the delivery of critical management information to inform business decision making
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with the business unit managers

As Financial Controller you should be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with a proven track record in a senior finance role. You should also have experience of successfully leading and managing a team and offer strong IT/system skills with the ability to identify and deliver positive process change.
