Summary
A brand new role has opened up for a Data Scientist to join a financial services in central London, close to major transport links.
The role has opened up as the company are scaling up their Machine Learning Function and require a Data Scientist with expertise in developing and deploying ML solutions. There's lots of exciting projects to get involved in so it's a great time to join!
You'll be working alongside a fantastic IT team on the solution and architectural designs to deliver company goals. We're looking for someone who wants to work collaboratively within the team to capture these business requirements, but is still ready to take responsibility delivering your personal objectives.
The Role
You'll be integral to solving problems that arise by using data to identify and create new ML and automation solutions. The role will involve training and deploying custom LLM models, building applications using Gen AI as well as developing and maintain ML Ops. This will allow the company to optimize their business processes and therefore provide excellent, high quality services to their client base.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working alongside team members and stakeholders to capture business requirements. You'll also be sharing your knowledge across the business to help develop process and training documentation. So having great communication skills will be key to making the role a success!
The company are offering the role as hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in their office.
Responsibilities
- Build data transformation and pipelines
- API-based development to integrate ML models with company applications
- Deliver automations that support the business team with company goals
- Test driven development, code and documentation
- Provide quality assurance on ML code
- Work with the wider IT team to address daily issues and make appropriate recommendations.
- Identify ML and IA opportunities
Required Skills:
